Welcome to lymass. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the lymass website (“Platform”), operated by “lymass” /Registration No: SP36402025]. By accessing or using lymass, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years old to register, and sell on lymass.
  • By using the Platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

2. Nature of Service

  • lymass is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers.
  • lymass does not own, control, or endorse any products listed on the Platform.
  • Transactions, agreements, and deliveries are solely between buyers and sellers.

3. User Accounts

  • To post items or access seller features, users must register and provide accurate information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
  • lymass reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or engage in prohibited activity.

4. Seller Obligations

  • Sellers must provide accurate descriptions and original photographs of their items.
  • Misrepresentation, counterfeit goods, or fraudulent listings are strictly prohibited.
  • Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their listings comply with Maldivian laws, as well as any other applicable regulations.
  • Sellers must fulfill all agreed transactions in good faith.

5. Buyer Obligations

  • Buyers must review listings carefully and communicate with sellers before making a purchase.
  • Buyers are responsible for verifying item quality, authenticity, and condition before payment.
  • Buyers must not engage in fraudulent behavior or attempt to deceive sellers.

6. Payments and Transactions

  • lymass does not handle payments, transfers, or deliveries. Buyers and sellers are responsible for completing transactions directly.
  • Users must exercise caution in payment arrangements and are encouraged to use safe methods such as cash on delivery.
  • lymass is not responsible for disputes, losses, or damages arising from user-to-user transactions.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users may not use lymass for:

  • Selling illegal, restricted, or prohibited items.
  • Posting false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful content.
  • Engaging in scams, fraud, harassment, or abusive conduct.
  • Violating intellectual property rights or applicable laws.

lymass reserves the right to remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on lymass (logo, design, text, graphics, etc.) is owned by or licensed to lymass.
  • Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
  • lymass does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
  • lymass is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or authenticity of items listed by sellers.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, lymass shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

10. Indemnification

By using lymass, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless lymass, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of the Platform, your listings, or your interactions with other users.

11. Termination of Use

  • lymass reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in unlawful or harmful activities.
  • Users may deactivate their accounts at any time by contacting lymass administration.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Maldives.

13. Amendments

lymass may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
